Surf Ballroom Cypress Room (Lounge) Rental Rates

• Cypress Room Facility Only (Capacity 120): $500.00
• Non-profit Rental of Cypress Room Facility Only: $300.00

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to confirm desired event date with balance due at the conclusion of the event. Cypress Room rentals are not booked sooner than 6 weeks out. Rental price is for up to 6 hours of use and includes the setup, tear down and use of the Surf's current inventory of tables and chairs.
